Job Summary
Position:
Bartender – Thompson Dallas, Downtown Dallas, Texas. Join our F&B team at the luxury hotel within The National, providing three full‑service dining and drink offerings.
The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, focusing on maintaining an attractive bar. Candidates will also have a strong understanding of state and local serving guidelines and help create a guest experience that is transformational, intimate, and delivers quick, high‑quality drinks.
Qualifications- Upscale Beverage programming experience preferred
- Deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics
- Curation of complicated cocktail knowledge
- AM, PM, and Weekend Availability
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
