General Manager - Finch

The Finch is a modern American neighborhood restaurant focused on approachable food, craft cocktails, a vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We believe great restaurants start with great teams and strong leadership.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operation of The Finch. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can build strong teams, drive financial performance, maintain high operational standards, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and employees.

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and set the standard for hospitality
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor
• Manage sales, labor, COGS, inventory, scheduling, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong FOH and BOH execution
• Handle guest concerns with urgency and a hospitality-first mindset
• Develop future leaders and create a culture of teamwork and accountability

• General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership and team‑development skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
