Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The merchandising & stocking associate role involves keeping shelves stocked, assisting members, and supporting store operations to ensure members can find products. Responsibilities may include moving inventory, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, and helping members while stocking shelves. This is a fast-paced role that can be physically demanding. You will be evaluated on your ability to work efficiently in a team, adapt to changing tasks, and maintain a clean, member-ready store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly unloading trucks and stocking merchandise on shelves and in the backroom
  • Assisting fellow associates and engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store area
  • Ensuring proper product rotation, dating, and display of promotional merchandise
  • Assisting with club pick-up orders and staging according to company procedures
  • Providing member service: acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, and assisting with purchasing decisions
