Retail Lead & Inventory Specialist

Join Cooper Aerobics as a Retail Lead and Inventory Specialist at The Coop, where we offer Cooper apparel, active wear, boutique clothing and accessories, fitness and nutritional products.

Hours:

Part-time, Monday-Friday, 18-29 hours a week.

In this role you will:

• Bring your work experience in the fashion, boutique and retail industry to build strong client relationships and brand loyalty.
• Partner with additional retail leads to ensure adequate staffing and train staff on service and merchandising.
• Develop good relationships with vendor / designer counterparts.
• Check deliveries and report damages / short shipments.
• Evaluate and manage stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure all orders are promptly entered into necessary platforms such as JOOR, NuOrder, Shopify, FAVES; create purchase orders.
• Check-in and tag merchandise; ensure it is floor ready.
• Create a positive environment, anticipate customer needs and demonstrate excellent selling skills.

Get Cooperized™

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience in retail
• Proven work experience with inventory management or similar duties
• Working knowledge of Shopify, point of sale systems and spreadsheet software
