In this role you will:

• Bring your retail and/or customer service experience to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
• Greet all members in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, and ensures they receive the highest levels of customer service.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered within the Fitness Center as well as other services around campus.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Receive new merchandise, hang and steam new arrivals.
• Assist Retail Manager with any tasks associated with improving the member experience or club goals.
• Count cash drawer once at beginning of shift and at end of shift & fills out open/close form.

• Is a brand / category enthusiast who keeps up with trends, fashion and news in related industries.

• Is detail-oriented, consistently producing quality work.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
• Must have previous customer service experience and/or retail experience
