Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores -  -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible and welcoming presence at store entrances and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.;
Identify theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Mitigate theft and fraud by following company policies and loss prevention directives.;
Minimize operational shortage by educating and training Associates on shrink reduction initiatives.;
Support a professional store brand and provide excellent customer service while adhering to dress code.
