• Drive Weekend Sales: Focus on achieving sales goals during peak weekend hours. Utilize your sales skills to maximize revenue and deliver results.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer personalized and attentive service to every customer, creating a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Quick Learning: Rapidly acquire and apply knowledge about our products, sales techniques, and store procedures to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales Expertise: 3+ years of retail selling required. Small boutique setting preferred.
• High Energy and Stamina: Ability to stay energized and focused throughout long and demanding weekend shifts.
• Fast Learner: Quick to grasp new concepts and adapt to new procedures and product knowledge.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Strong skills in providing outstanding customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working on weekends and able to handle the increased pace and demands of peak retail hours.
• Must be 21+.
