We’re looking for customer-focused, team-oriented, and hardworking Pro Shop Attendants to support our members, guests and deliver exceptional hospitality.

• Open and close the pro shop following standard procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
• Create a welcoming environment for guests by answering questions and offering merchandise suggestions
• Assist with merchandise management: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory
• Check in guests for play & be the primary liaison for tee time reservations
• Team leader with responsibilities as opening & closing key holder

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Attention to detail and a proactive guest-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and availability
• Stamina and energy to lift, stand, bend, and move for the majority of shifts
