We are seeking energetic professionals who thrive in a high‑performance environment. This full‑time position is located on‑site at Eiseman Jewels, North Park Center in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will work normal business hours and occasional night events.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in jewelry: effectively communicate about metals, precious stones, trends, brand value, and history.
  • Act as a specialist advisor, not a transactional sales associate; read and connect with clients’ style and vision.
  • Show expertise in timepieces: communicate about complications, trends, brand value, and history.
  • Close jewelry and timepiece sales using experience, product knowledge, charisma, and overall salesmanship.
  • Manage inventory flow, merchandise cases attractively, and maintain clean, appealing displays.
  • Keep the store and products presentable; stay current on clients’ special occasions and needs; plan and execute to achieve success.
  • Use a strategic client‑eling approach to create memorable experiences and grow relationships.
  • Ensure attention to detail in custom work and repairs for successful planning and execution.
  • Assist the business flexibly, whether big or small, carrying initiative to try new ideas.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, brands’ social‑media presence, and jewelry and timepiece brand trends.
  • Run your book of business as if it were your own, taking an entrepreneurial approach to client relationships and sales.
  • Achieve or exceed $2,000,000 in total sales during the first year through exceptional client service, product expertise, and strategic client‑eling.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 3‑5 years of luxury jewelry sales experience.
  • Great people skills with a cheerful, positive attitude.
  • Acute attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Work schedule includes five days a week, 9:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturdays and additional hours during events as needed.
  • Effective communication with clients and co‑workers via face‑to‑face, phone, and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent listening and observation skills.
  • Autonomous, logical, self‑starter.
  • Adhere to company dress code and policies.
  • Cooperative and open‑minded to new ideas and change.
  • Ability to identify store needs and adapt to diverse situations and personalities.
  • Can lift 30 pounds and stand on the sales floor for long periods.
  • Three references required.
