Join the Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Meat Clerk - 029 Dallas Fort Worth-Jefferson.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers, clean shelves and display cases
• Clean, fill, and rotate the Meat Wrap displays
• Work with customers to take special orders and with the Meat Cutter to determine items to be cut
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co-workers
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
• Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions
• Physical ability: regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store. The essential functions include lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, with related visual and auditory requirements. Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
