We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s as they search for an Associate Buyer to join their corporate team in Dallas. As the company continues to expand its footprint across DFW, they are growing their merchandising and buying department to support continued demand and new store growth. You’ll work closely with the Head Buyer across buying operations, merchandising support, and inventory analysis, supporting around 35 vendor partners and brands.
The ideal candidate brings prior retail purchasing experience, strong analytical skills and technical acumen, and the professionalism to represent the brand in front of high‑end vendors and partners. While high‑end, luxury experience is preferred, the client is ultimately seeking someone collaborative, process‑driven, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn within an established buying environment.
What continues to set Bachendorf’s apart is both their reputation in the market and the culture they’ve built internally. Team tenure consistently defies industry standards, reflecting a company where employees are valued as people, not numbers. For candidates seeking long‑term stability, strong leadership, and a more collaborative, relationship‑driven environment over a highly corporate atmosphere, this is a rare opportunity to join a growing luxury brand known for exceptional craftsmanship and elevated client experience.
