Summary

The Boutique Facilitator provides multi‑functional support across boutique operations and client service to enable sales associates to maximize client‑facing time. This role performs administrative and operational tasks including receiving and shipping inventory, register opening and closing, and handling client communications. The position requires consistent in‑store presence and a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and greeting clients and supporting hosting activities.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client service support.
• Support operations with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re‑ticketing.
• Open and close registers, assist with cash handling and deposits.
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks related to receiving and moving merchandise.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for the brand and a strong focus on delivering a high‑quality client experience; foreign language skills preferred.
