Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry

Summary

The Fashion Advisor delivers an exceptional in-store client experience to drive sales, conversion, and long-term client retention. This role focuses on showcasing watches and fine jewelry while building genuine client relationships and supporting boutique leadership and the sales team. Full-time in-store presence is required to support client service and business results.

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful and consistent client outreach and follow-up.
• Support sales goals by inspiring desire around product and the brand through product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Accept and process repairs and alterations, maintaining consistent follow-up with clients regarding their status.
• Collaborate with the boutique team and leadership to deliver elevated service and exceed client expectations.

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or client-facing experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for luxury products, strong presentation and product expertise for watches and fine jewelry.
