Compensation: $19.25–$28.85 per hour (starting $19.25–$24.00 per hour, final determined by interview).

• Review and verify title paperwork for accuracy prior to DMV submission.
• Prepare and process out‑of‑state title work in compliance with state‑specific guidelines.
• Coordinate delivery of DMV documentation to vendors or state agencies.
• Manage correction requests by partnering with customers and internal teams to obtain required documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and state DMVs to track and confirm status updates.
• Follow up with internal partners on outstanding items needed for submission.
• Coordinate shipment of license plates to customers.
• Provide timely and consistent updates on work status.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

• Working knowledge of nationwide DMV/title and registration processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• A sense of urgency and accountability in completing tasks.
• Customer service mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and navigate complex processes.
• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
