Seasonal Store Associate – Northpark Center, Dallas, TX

• Actively engaged customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Driv[ed] customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicated inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintained store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participated in providing and nurturing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strived for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintained personal sales and achieved sales goals.
• Maintained safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpacked boxes for inventory as required (boxes weighing 10‑30 lbs.).

• At least one year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work effectively in large teams.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, good communicator.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Capability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve continuous moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Starting salary of $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
