- 0-1 year experience in food service or retail (we'll train you!)
- Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
- Comfort working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to taste-test products for quality
- Cash handling and customer service skills preferred
- English comprehension for instructions and communication
- High school diploma or currently attending school
- Tech-savvy with POS systems, smartphones, and tablets
- Familiarity with food industry or nutrition terms (not required, but cool!)
