Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure team executes on customer service programs;
Ensure orders, transfers, and add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals;
Handle retail customer returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise appropriately;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, secure money/deposits, and supervise security/lockup
