Full-Time Sales Associate – Dallas, North Park

We are hiring a Full-Time
Sales Associate to join our Dallas, North Park team.

• Consistently meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals.
• Pursue and maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise, guiding our customers through an Away focused shopping, product and sales journey.
• Maintain the integrity of the store and uphold visual standards.
• Facilitate in-store programs and events, as needed.
• Assist with any necessary processes and procedures to ensure optimal store operations.

• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and teammate with a passion for and past experience in retail, customer service, and/or hospitality.
• Reliable, effective, and contribute to overall business success.
• Resourceful, solution oriented, and committed to achieving goals.
• Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift.
• Ability to stand or be on feet for extended periods throughout the duration of a work shift.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift.

Full-time employees are expected to maintain open availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), to support business needs and work an average of at least 30 hours per week. • Pay Range: $17.00 hourly
