Balloon Production & Delivery Associate

Balloon Kings Dallas is looking for a creative, reliable, hands‑on part-time team member to help produce balloon decor and support event orders across DFW.

This is not a typical retail job. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a strong eye for color and presentation, and can help create balloon bouquets, garlands, arches, and event installs. Candidates with experience in balloons, party stores, event setup, florals, visual merchandising, catering, or decor production are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Building balloon bouquets, garlands, arches, columns, and other decor.
• Helping customers choose colors, themes, and balloon options.
• Preparing orders accurately and on time.
• Assisting with deliveries and occasional event setup/install.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and production‑ready.
• Supporting in‑store operations and providing strong customer service.

We are especially interested in applicants with experience in:

• Balloon decor.
• Party City or party supply stores.
• Event setup or event production.
• Floral design.
• Visual merchandising.
• Catering or hospitality.
• Creative retail or custom order production.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Good sense of color, design, and presentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with hands‑on production work and busy holiday periods.
• Friendly and professional with customers and teammates.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

• Part‑time to start.
• Weekend availability required.

• Additional hours may be available during peak event seasons.
