Key Holder - Dallas​/Fort Worth Metro

Summary

Act as a luxury brand ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized clienteling and after-sales service. Support daily store operations including opening and closing, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized selling floor. Work with the team to meet individual and store sales targets and to support business initiatives and events.

• Create and foster genuine, lasting client relationships to drive sales, UPT, and ATV.
• Provide after-sales service including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and managing product repairs or maintenance.
• Process returns and exchanges, open and close consignments, and operate retail POS systems.
• Support team initiatives, in-store events, and sales contests to generate new business.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing selling floor.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
• Strong clienteling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate retail POS systems and perform basic cash handling.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable ability to perform opening and closing store responsibilities.
