Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday‑Friday; weekends not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to field services management and keep availability updated.
  • Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install, build, and update displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs and ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist team members as needed and contribute to team success.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older (insurance requirements).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
  • Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
  • Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Experience with installation and merchandising, hand and power tools, planogram directives, and secondary communication.
  • Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and data collection.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
  • Strong leadership, professional communication, presentation skills, good judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
