Sales Associate - NorthPark Center

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong client relationships, and meets sales targets at the North Park Center boutique. The role requires deep product and brand knowledge of eyewear and accessories and delivering omnichannel support for a seamless online and in-store customer experience. Associates also assist with minor adjustments and repairs and maintain store presentation and back-of-house organization.

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, brand, warranties, and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Support omnichannel customer service across online and in-store platforms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house.
• Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Team-player who is adaptable and open to feedback.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and prior luxury or eyewear sales experience preferred.
