E-Commerce Operations Manager

Giant Labs is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to lead by example.

• Manage daily order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping operations
• Process incoming inventory and oversee restocking
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Manage daily purchasing and vendor relationships
• Pick up products from local vendors
• Monitor workflow and ensure team productivity throughout the day
• Coordinate staffing and daily task assignments
• Maintain warehouse organization and operational efficiency
• Assist in customer service related tasks, manage refunds, credits, etc.
• Assist team members wherever needed to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing preferred
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
