• Process cash transactions and maintain records of fuel sales.
• Clean and maintain the facility, including restocking snacks and drinks, performing maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
• Inform customers about current fuel prices, promotions, and discounts at the station.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressures.
• Use a computerized point-of-sale system to provide information about products to customers.
• Check identification to prevent underage purchasers of alcohol and tobacco products.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of fuel and lubricants at the gasoline pumps.
• Manage cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist in stocking and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Operate Quick Books for accounts receivable tasks.

Gas Station Cashier required for Shell Food Mart in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, part-time, and temporary position, with working hours spanning evenings, weekends, and regular shifts. Ideal applicants will have previous experience in sales, financial services, customer services, and retail. We are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and hardworking individual who will thrive in a retail environment and has a valid work visa, green card, or US Citizenship.

The salary for this position ranges from $10 to $18 per hour, dependent on experience and skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid work visa, US Citizen, Green Card, or EAD / TN.
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

• Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash.
• Experience with Quick Books for managing accounts receivable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
