Tootsiesisseekinganexperiencedandmotivated Assistant Store Directortojoinour Dallas team .Inthiskeyleadershiprole,youwillmanagedailystoreoperations,supportanddevelopteammembers,andensureanexceptionalcustomerexperience.

Youwillalsoassumefullresponsibilityintheabsenceofthe Store Director .

• Actively support sales floor management and team leadership to help achieve store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Overseethefrontdesk,shippingandreceiving,alterations,storesupportassociates,andfacilitymaintenance.
• Serveastheprimarycontactforoperationalissueswithlandlords,contract workers,andITsupport.
• TroubleshootandresolvePOSandotherIT-relatedoperationalissues.
• Maintainsupplyinventory,order supplies,andmanageexpensecontrols.
• Ensureaccurateopeningandclosingprocedures,includingalarmsystemandaccesscardmanagement.
• Processinvoicesandreceipts,andprovidemonthlyreconciliationreportingtoAccounting
• Supportinventorymanagement,shrinkage control,andlosspreventioninitiatives.
• Assistwithcoordinatingquarterlyphysicalinventorycountsandtrackingandreconcilingallinventoryadjustments.
• Managedailye-commerce orders,packing,shipping,andmaintaincommunicationwithfulfillmentassociates.
• Overseeshippingandreceivingofmerchandise,includingtrunkshows,transfers,andRTVs.
• Communicatewiththebuyingofficeonmerchandisereceipts,markdowns,andticketingissues.
• Recruit,hire,train,andscheduleassociates;conductperformancereviewsandsupportonboarding.
• Fosterapositive,inclusive,andcollaborativeenvironment.
• Mentoranddevelopteammembersforprofessionalgrowth.
• Ensureeverycustomerreceivesoutstandingserviceandresolveanycustomerissuespromptly.

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales and management.
• Excellent leadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.
• Abilitytocoach,train,andresolvecustomerserviceissues.
• Highlevelofattentiontodetailandabilitytoprioritizetasks.
• Professional,friendly,and customer-focused.
• Proficientwithcomputersandretailtechnology.
• Willingnessandabilitytoworkaflexibleschedule,including evenings,weekends,andstoreevents.
• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;bachelor’sdegreepreferred.

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Flexibilityincludingbending,stretching,and lifting.
• Abilitytoliftupto
  30poundsandmoveorcarryproduct.
• Visualacuityforcomputerworkandmerchandisehandling.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
