Assistant Store Manager

Schedule: Full-Time | Tues–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM (
work with store manager on managerial coverage over the weekend
)

We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead the store in their absence. This role plays a key part in driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring an elevated in-store experience.

The Assistant Store Manager will also take ownership of planning and executing monthly in-store events, including coordinating with local brands and businesses to create engaging and community-driven experiences.

• Lead the store and team when the Store Manager is not present
• Manage and coach team members, ensuring strong performance and accountability
• Open and close the store, and oversee day-to-day shift execution
• Execute visual merchandising and floor sets to maintain brand standards
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and partner closely with the Distribution Center to maintain inventory accuracy
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations
• Support achievement of store sales goals, including net sales, conversion, UPT, and AOV
• Own store replenishment during the week
• Assist with team scheduling and coverage
• Own the planning, coordination, and execution of monthly in-store events, with direction and approval from the Store Manager
