This is a full-time, on-site role based in Garland, TX. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include managing inventory, executing visual merchandising strategies, and supporting store operations. The role requires collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for every customer.

• Customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive and engaging shopping experience
• Inventory management and basic organizational skills
• Knowledge of local professional and college sports teams is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
