Assistant Retail Experience Managers help lead the sales floor, support daily operations, and coach Outfitters to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Leading daily floor operations
- Coaching and developing team members
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training
- Driving store performance and team engagement
