About the role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. They will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part‑time and full‑time positions focus on merchandising duties, team members may also be assigned sales, front‑end, or other responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays, place signage, and maximize product inventory.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential function).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a retail setting.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Physically able to walk, bend repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours per day.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders, and lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Worker type:
Regular. Pay range: $14.58 – $20.41 per hour (hourly). The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
