Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Operate the food program and assist in various store areas to maintain appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while completing daily store tasks.

• Ability to sell products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Work quickly while enjoying the job.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve daily goals.
• Think quickly and offer solutions to problems.

• Retail and customer‑service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in a career.
• Willingness to learn and enjoy the work.

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
• May require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or place/retrieve signs.
