Job Summary
Retail Display Installer – Technology
Market – SS – TX – Dallas. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required, but weekend availability may be needed and early morning or late night shifts possible.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Key Responsibilities- Install and update sales floor fixtures and end‑caps.
- Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
- Follow planograms and client‑specific directives.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and teamwork with 2+ people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines, submit timecards accurately, and report anomalies daily.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the U.S.
- Availability: flexible Monday‑Friday; weekend and holiday availability as required; early morning and late‑night flexibility.
- Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 ft, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
- Communication: effective phone, text, and e‑mail, and ability to coordinate updates.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred. - Technical: experience with installation and merchandising; proficiency with hand and power tools; follow planogram directives.
- Technology: own Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Training: complete all training assignments within designated time frames.
- Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication: demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, ability to make sound decisions, work autonomously, and manage time effectively.
This position does not require weekends on a regular basis; however, weekend availability may be requested. All responsibilities require independent operation, rigorous communication, and strict adherence to schedules and safety standards. This role is essential to representing major tech brands in a dynamic retail environment.
