• Engage in behaviors that support the company’s customer service and selling program, providing all customers with an outstanding store experience.
• Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing and signing execution to ensure presentation standards are met and maintained.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment, etc.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• All teammates must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
