• Act as a key contact point for guests’ experience, providing enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service.
• Generate sales, handle cash accurately and manage cash register operations (POS).
• Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with receipt of deliveries.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.
