• Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department and assist customers on the store floor as needed.
• Properly bag groceries for customers when needed; carry out groceries for customers if requested.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by retrieving and handling store carts, running price checks, assisting with go‑backs, maintaining the check stand, and removing waste from the parking area.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 60 pounds, standing, walking, kneeling, and meeting visual and auditory requirements.

• Read and write Spanish and English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, 45 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (desired).
• Retail Management Certificate (desired).
