Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Hourly

As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in Dallas, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long‑lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well‑stocked.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
