Job Description
Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
Responsibilities- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities – repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles range from the primary location (Richardson, TX); secondary locations:
Plano, TX;
Dallas, TX. - Schedule availability required:
Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 5am.
- Hourly compensation rate ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
