We are currently accepting applications for the Joe V's Smart Shop School of Retail Leadership (SORL) Program, designed to develop individuals into Top Store Team Leaders. The program combines hands‑on management experience, classroom training, project work, and workshops to build leadership skills needed to succeed as a top store leader.

• Be willing to travel or relocate based on business needs.
• Hands‑on management experience in all departments.
• Attend classroom training and workshops to enhance leadership skills.
• Work with Store Leadership and Department Managers to gain exposure to all aspects of retail operation.
• Perform project work as part of the program.

• Minimum one year of experience as a primary department manager.
• Current performance rating meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Strong ownership mentality and pride in work.
• Deep knowledge of business and specialist technical expertise.
• Ability to achieve results, maximize productivity, and drive down expense.
• Forward‑thinking mindset with effective contingency planning.
• Capacity to build, develop people, and advance team capabilities.
• Adaptable to anticipate and deliver better experiences in a cross‑functional workplace.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Successful completion of a background check.

• Fast‑paced retail environment requiring detailed work and precision.
• Exposure to moderate noise level.
• Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, side‑to‑side movement throughout shift.
• Working with customers and maintaining composure in high‑stress situations.
• Extended hours and variable schedule as dictated by business.
