Compensation

Starting $20 hourly, can increase based on performance and experience level.

• Sunday 11:30am - 5:30pm
• Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 2:00pm
• Available to fill in on evenings or weekends if needed

• Support and oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest focused environment.
• Increase membership sales and retail sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed salon KPIs, including memberships, retail sales, rebooking and guest retention.
• Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Book appointments in person or by phone.
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
• Perform daily checklists such as 24 hour guest follow ups and 48 hour guest confirmations, etc.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.

• Previous leadership or management experience required (Assistant Manager or similar role).
• Previous salon, spa, beauty, wellness, or front desk experience required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to consistently follow processes and procedures with accuracy.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay focused, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills both in person, phone, email, and text.
• Strong ability to consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including memberships, sales, retail add-ons, and rebooking goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and make sound decisions.
• Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus.
