Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, leading by example and modelling the desired behaviors.
  • Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis.
  • Execute additional retail operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable).
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable).
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00. The exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
