The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional in‑store experience for every customer. This position represents the brand on the sales floor by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and a welcoming store environment.
Sales Associates contribute to the store’s success by building customer relationships, supporting sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and helping create a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales & Brand Representation- Contribute to achieving store sales goals through strong selling behaviors and product knowledge.
- Maintain awareness of store promotions, new products, and brand initiatives.
- Represent the brand in a professional, positive, and authentic manner.
- Support clienteling efforts and encourage repeat customer visits.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Assist with product replenishment and inventory organization in the stockroom.
- Accurately process POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive and positive store environment.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
- Support team members during busy periods and store events.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and brand representation
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Basic computer and POS system skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Full‑time and part‑time positions may be available.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform physical retail tasks.
