Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics; Northpark Center - Dallas, TX

Job Overview

Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Retail Store Associate for our retail store at Northpark Center – Dallas, TX. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves engaging customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store merchandising.

• Invite and engage customers, providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store via events, promotions and community projects.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and open/close procedures.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and provide feedback.
• Meet sales goals and maintain personal sales in line with objectives.
• Maintain safety and security standards and flag problems.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10–30 lbs.) and perform mandatory store tasks.

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work within large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated with ability to multi‑task and set priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift (10–30 lbs.) for at least 2 consecutive hours; may stoop, kneel, crouch or climb ladders.
