As a Visual Lead, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience that empowers guests to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand at every encounter and guide your team to exceed all expectations. Your leadership will support company programs and drive sales.

• Maintain a clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window display planning, and inventory replenishment to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Supervise sales activities, ensuring floor coverage and goal awareness.
• Provide performance feedback to the management team based on observed store activity.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry (experience not required).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
