Sales Representative (Full Time & Part Time) - Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas, NV
Job Summary: Greet and direct customers, participate in training sessions to learn new techniques and sales strategies, conduct inventory counts each week to maintain inventory levels and place orders, promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers, maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, perform basic HR functions, open and close cash registers balancing cash drawers and making deposits, recommend and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs, maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong communication skills with an understanding of ecommerce and retail merchandising.
- Fashion and beauty trend savvy individual.
- Detail oriented.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to wear many hats and multi-task on various projects as needed.

Job Summary: Assist the E-commerce manager and online team with daily web operations, including online customer support, inventory management, product uploading, and sales assistance. The candidate will be knowledgeable about product and inventory and able to convert sales through excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle web orders and ensure shipments for daily orders go out successfully.
- Follow through to ensure a timely response and resolution for each customer and their needs.
- Communicate to customers with a sales mentality (upsell, cross-sell, etc).
- Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner.
