EZCORP is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) at its Dallas, TX location. This role offers competitive pay based on experience with the opportunity for rapid advancement and bonus potential.

Pay range is based on experience from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour. Opportunities to increase hourly rate through training and certification.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service, greeting customers and answering questions in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans and extensions, including pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments and more.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Start as a trainee in a 5‑week paid training program; earn a 0.50‑hour raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Enter the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1.00 per hour.
• Promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and Assistant Manager after completing a 6‑month training program.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
