Position: Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Location: 1515 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring outgoing, sales‑minded, and ambitious people to join our Retail Sales Teams in Dallas, TX. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an amazing customer experience by working directly with customers, educating them on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the selection and buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Create an ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Achieve and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations to fully satisfy their needs.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required trainings as directed.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
• Develop professional skills for additional responsibilities and career advancement.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
