El Rio Grande Latin Market in Dallas, TX is looking for a meat cutter to break down beef, pork, poultry and other meats into cuts and weigh portions for sale. You will sanitize all equipment and strictly follow safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Required are a high school diploma or GED (preferred), knife skills, basic math, knowledge of meat cuts and cooking techniques, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience is preferred.
