Key Leads open and close the store, run shifts and zone coverage, coach Editors in the moment, handle escalations and operational tasks from cash to inventory counts, and model the customer experience the brand is famous for. The role reports into store leadership and is the proving ground for assistant management.

Retail talent with lead or senior associate experience, in beauty, fashion, or hospitality-adjacent retail, who enjoy both the selling floor and the responsibility keys bring. Weekend and evening availability expected. Full-time in Dallas.
