Order Writer, Nabisco Merchandiser

Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines
Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz’ management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Conduct quantitative and qualitative filling of impulse products in checkouts and designated in-store locations
Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra-visibility actions
Optimize seasonal sales and support seasonal campaign visibility
Deliver field KPIs and annual objectives

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location - Dallas, TX

Demonstrates strong merchandising capabilities through effective communication and relationship building, ensuring optimal product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Proficient in managing in-store displays and executing seasonal sales strategies while meeting field KPIs.
