Salon Centric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail District Manager for the Dallas East area to lead store teams and maximize sales. You will recruit and develop Store Managers and Associates, ensuring excellence in customer service, merchandising and operations.
The role requires 5–7 years in retail management with multi-store oversight, strong leadership and merchandising skills, and travel up to 60–80% as needed.
