POP MART, a global leader in art toys and collectibles, is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at the Galleria Dallas mall to guide store operations and models, and to drive team performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will serve as Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, coach sales associates, drive KPIs, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising and brand initiatives. Must be 18+, with 1+ year retail experience and a passion for pop culture.
